It’s impossible to understate the devotion fans have for this restaurant, whether it was the strip-mall original, the pop-up, and even the two long years Baroo didn’t exist. This latest iteration is a rebirth of Kwang Uh and Mina Park’s vision of fermentation-driven Korean cuisine. The Arts District space is sleek and spacious, and the tasting menus (what you’re here for) are exquisite.
